  6. To ensure that all staff are fully trained and competent in their roles delivering our services, That staff are continually assessed and trained , so that they may develop their skills and maintain their competencies.

  7. To prevent ill health by promoting good health and good life style choices, through easy access to health care practioners , information and advice

  8. To continually monitor activities and services through audit and analysis so that we can continue learning and improving our services.

  9. To ensure that policies and procedures are in place to govern our activites and systems are in place to identify, capture and manage issues and risks.

  10. To ensure that we are responsive to patients' needs by seeking patient feedback through encouraging our patient to join our Patient Participation group, leave suggestions on our website and in out suggestion box.
