To comply with Regulation 20 of the HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE ACT 2008 (Regulation 2014)

Bridge Medical Centre pledges 

  • A culture of openess and honestly at all levels
  • To inform patients  in a timely manner when safety incidents have occurred,
  • To provide a written and truthful account of the incident and an explanation about all investigations and enquires made into the incident
  • A written apology
  • Provision of  support to patients if they are directly affected by an incident.
